John Freemuth, professor of political science and director of the Energy Policy Institute, was quoted in an Idaho Business Review story about the Center for Advanced Energy Studies. The CAES is a joint venture of Boise State, Idaho State, the University of Idaho and the Idaho National Laboratory aimed at promoting alternative energy research in Idaho.
